Neil Baker is General Manager for the Ray White Eastern Group, as well as managing the Botany Town Centre & Dannemora offices. His achievements include twice becoming the top residential salesperson of the year for Ray White New Zealand and he is a life member of the Millionaires Club. A foundation member of Ray White in New Zealand, Neil has led two offices that have attained Number One status in New Zealand.
Neil’s success has been achieved as a consequence of confronting challenges head on, combined with his firm commitment and putting in extraordinary effort in order to reach his goals. He has been a leading force in the integration of technology and marketing for Ray White and understands the value of having a strong work ethic.

Starting out with just one office and 10 sales staff, Neil Baker and Bob Mountfort, Joint Director and CEO of Mountfort Estate Agents Ltd, now boast a team of over 100 salespeople, 5 Property Managers & 15 administrators, all spread out over a network of six local offices.
Dedicated family man, Neil has been married to Pam for 39 years and they have two daughters and five grandchildren. Their strong family bond and solid moral values are fundamental to the Baker family.
