Matt Balme is our Rental Department Manager and has many years experience in Property Management having managed and let properties throughout the Auckland Region since 1995.  Matt has excellent skills and experience to assist in the efficient management of landlords' properties.  As a landlord himself, Matt understands the needs and requirements expected of him from his clients.

Michelle Balme has been in Property Management since 2000.  Michelle joined the Ray White team in 2005 working out of our Reeves Road, Pakuranga, branch.  Michelle has also owned investment properties and has a hands on approach to Property Management.  Michelle delivers a professional standard of service as she has an extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.

Janice Walters has been working in Property Management since 2003, and has experience in managing a wide range of portfolio’s from City apartment living through to the Central, Eastern and Southern suburban areas.  She understands the different dynamics of each area and is well conversant with the Residential Tenancies Act.  Janice is firm but fair and has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in her time in Property Management

Robyn Campbell has 9 years Property Management experience covering Auckland and more recently Christchurch and Kaiapoi.  While working for the Ray White Manukau team, Robyn was awarded “Property Manager of the Year” in 2006.  She believes that communication is the key to running a successful rental portfolio which translates into a strong relationship with both landlords and tenants.  Apart from 4 years in Christchurch, Robyn is a Pakuranga and Howick local and knows the area well.  She enjoys the challenge of keeping up with an ever changing rental market in a developing area.  Robyn’s work ethic ensures that the properties under her management run smoothly while complying with the Residential Tenancies Act.

Sally Morrison is a real local, having lived in Pakuranga and Howick for 35 years.  Sally has a lively personality and has established an extensive network of friends and business contacts throughout the area.
